Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Ensure items are lawful to transport

Be available during scheduled pickup and delivery windows

Disclose any special handling requirements

Customers are responsible for verifying shipment contents before pickup.

Prohibited Items

Quick-Up USA will not knowingly transport:

Firearms prohibited by law

Explosives

Controlled substances

Stolen property

Any item prohibited under federal, state, or local law

The Company reserves the right to inspect shipments when necessary.

Delivery Times

Delivery schedules are estimates only.

While we strive to provide timely service, Quick-Up USA does not guarantee specific delivery times unless expressly agreed to in writing.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Limitation of Liability
